Tabii ki seri \u00fcretim olanaklar\u0131n\u0131 arad\u0131m. Fakat Stok maliyeti ve seri \u00fcretim \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in harcanacak maliyet y\u00fcksek boyuta geliyordu. Zira malzemeyi perakende al\u0131nca \u00e7ok daha pahal\u0131ya geliyordu.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Bununla birlikte y\u0131lmadan \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p \u00fcreterek sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdim<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">T\u00fcrkiye de D\u00f6vizin bu kadar y\u00fckselmesi<\/span> sonucu art\u0131k biri sat\u0131yor olsa ben bile al\u0131p kullanmam niye satmak i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015fay\u0131m dedim. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 5$ civar\u0131 bir sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 olacakt\u0131. Kolayl\u0131kla anla\u015f\u0131labilir durumdad\u0131r.<br \/>\nAlgoritmas\u0131 A\u015fa\u011f\u0131dad\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">ALGOR\u0130TMA :<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n1-) program ba\u015f\u0131nda seri port ayarlar\u0131n\u0131n son ayarlanan de\u011ferleri eeprom\u00a0 \u00fczerinden \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n2-) Bu gelen de\u011ferlere g\u00f6re Seri port baud de\u011fi\u015fkenleri otomatik olarak ayarlan\u0131r.<br \/>\n3-) Program ilk de\u011ferleri yerine koydu\u011funda kullan\u0131c\u0131 bilgilensin diye son ayarlar\u0131 ekranda g\u00f6sterir.<br \/>\n4-) Ekrana READY yazarak Ayn\u0131 zamanda Seri port \u00fczerinden kontrol eden devreye LCD R geri bildirimini g\u00f6nderir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda LCD R dijital \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 High Seviyesine \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde ister seri port \u00fczerinden isterse dijital port \u00fczerinden Kontrolc\u00fc bilgilendirilir.<br \/>\n5-) Kontrol edecek devre bu geri bildirimi ald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Yeni bilgisi varsa bu bilgiyi KOMUT sistemine g\u00f6re EASYLCD ye g\u00f6nderir.<br \/>\n6-) Kontrol eden devre EASYLCD den i\u015flemi yapmas\u0131n\u0131 ve Geri bildirim vermesini bekler. Geri bildirim geldi\u011finde Tekrara komut g\u00f6nderir. ( Geri bildirim LCD R=Ready LCD P=problem var)<br \/>\n7-) LCD P gelmi\u015fse kontrolc\u00fc isterse ekran\u0131 temizler isterse tekrar ayn\u0131 bilgiyi g\u00f6nderir.<br \/>\n8 ) Gelen komut Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma sat\u0131rlar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7er. Komut kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma sat\u0131r\u0131na uygunsa i\u015flem yap\u0131l\u0131r ve tekrar geri bildirim verilir.<br \/>\n9-) Baz\u0131 kontrol devreleri CR+LF yollar. Ekranda bunlar g\u00f6r\u00fcnmesin diye CR+LF bilgisi temizlenir ve ger\u00e7ek komut elde edilir.<br \/>\n10-) Program i\u00e7erisinde LCD lerde her sat\u0131r\u0131n 40 karakter oldu\u011funu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcp DIM ile haf\u0131zada 40 karakterlik de\u011fi\u015fken yeri sabitlenmi\u015ftir. Bu de\u011fi\u015fkenler Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n verdi\u011fi her karakteri saklar ve i\u015flem yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra s\u0131f\u0131rlan\u0131r.<br \/>\n11-) Program\u0131n son k\u0131sm\u0131 ise EASYLCD parametrelerinin ayarlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu parametreler seri port parametreleri oldu\u011fu gibi Karakter LCD lerde farkl\u0131l\u0131k yaratan 4*16 ve 4*20 fark\u0131n\u0131n ayarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011flar. Bu parametreler ilk enerji verilirken MODE butonuna bas\u0131larak parametre ayarlama men\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnmesiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Bu parametreler kullan\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ayarland\u0131ktan sonra EEPROM \u00fczerine yaz\u0131l\u0131r art\u0131k enerji verildi\u011finde bu parametreler okunur ve EASYLCD haz\u0131r hale gelir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu mant\u0131kla bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda program\u0131 kolayl\u0131kla anlayabilirsiniz. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Tabii ki program\u0131 tam anlayabilmek i\u00e7in Kullan\u0131m k\u0131lavuzuna da ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z olacak.<\/span> <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Bu k\u0131lavuzu ise<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mikrobotik.com\/wp2\/2018\/06\/27\/easylcd-hd44780-uyumlu-karakter-lcd-seri-modul\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bu yaz\u0131mda bulacaks\u0131n\u0131z<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Program \u00f6rnekleri: <\/span><\/strong>T\u00fcm programlar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu yerde animations dizininde var. Proteus ile EASYLCD kart\u0131 gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Animasyon program\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 proteus \u00fczerinde a\u00e7\u0131yorsunuz sonras\u0131nda ise VIRTUAL EASYLCD yi di\u011fer proteus sayfas\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131yorsunuz.<br \/>\n2 proteus sayfas\u0131, Proteusun COMPIM komponentini kullanarak seri port \u00fczerinden anla\u015farak birbiriyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bunu yapabilmek i\u00e7in ise <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>virtual seri port emulator.rar <\/strong><\/span>dosyas\u0131ndan virtual seri port program\u0131n\u0131 kurman\u0131z gerekiyor. 2 proteus sayfas\u0131ndaki compim arac\u0131 da com1 portundan birbirini g\u00f6recektir. Burada verdi\u011fim program <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">FREE<\/span> lisansl\u0131 <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">32 bit<\/span> programd\u0131r. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">WIN10 da rahatl\u0131kla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<\/span>. Fakat her a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">64 bit yapay\u0131m m\u0131<\/span> diyor. Buna <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u0130PTAL<\/span><\/strong> diyerek devam edin <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">sadece bu versiyon FREE di\u011ferleri paral\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Art\u0131k ilk etapta EASYLCD kart\u0131na ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z olmayacak.<\/span><\/strong> Proteus, denemelerinizi yapabilmeniz i\u00e7in size yetecektir. Sonras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek EASYLCD kart\u0131n\u0131 monte edip kullanabilirsiniz.<br \/>\n\u0130sterseniz FT232RL gibi USB seri port \u00e7evirici ile ger\u00e7ek devrenizi proteus ile deneyebilirsiniz. Daha sonra Ger\u00e7ek devre ile denemenizi yapabilirsiniz. Verdi\u011fim EASYLCD seri port kontrol programlar\u0131 (VB6 ve VB2010 ile yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r) USB seri \u00e7evirici ile ger\u00e7ek devre ile haberle\u015febildi\u011fi gibi VIRTUAL EASYLCD ile proteus \u00fczerinde haberle\u015febilir denemelerinizi orada yapabilirsiniz. Bu programlar yeni karakter ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamakla birlikte EASYLCD mod\u00fcl\u00fcn EEPROMUNA tek tu\u015fla 23 yeni karakter yazman\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p>San\u0131r\u0131m buraya kadar konu anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
