Ayr\u0131ca Elektronik devre ve programlamas\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi bulacaks\u0131n\u0131z.<br \/>\nBiz amat\u00f6rler bir \u015fey denemeye kalksak hemen y\u00fcksek maliyetler \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bunu a\u015fabilmek ve ucuza mal etmek i\u00e7in baz\u0131 yollar deniyoruz. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015f\u0131r baz\u0131lar\u0131 ula\u015fmaz. Ayn\u0131 zamanda display ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 da kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek bir entegre devrede gerekecektir. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015ferit ledlerden gelen ak\u0131m y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fundan 74hc595 buna dayanamaz ve bozulur.<\/span> Bunu \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in her display i\u00e7in bir adet <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ULN2803<\/span><\/strong> gibi bir entegre kullanmam\u0131z gerekir. \u015eayet <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ak\u0131m bu entegrenin kapasitesini a\u015facaksa<\/span> da bir uygun mosfet transist\u00f6r ile display ak\u0131m\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Genelde servo motor devrelerinde <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">ULN2003<\/span> gibi bir entegre kullan\u0131l\u0131r. <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ULN2803<\/span> <\/strong>te bu entegre gibidir. ULN2003 7 bit kontrol i\u00e7indir ULN2803 ise 8 bittir.<\/p>\n<p>Display 7 Segment denilse de her displayde bir de nokta bulunmaktad\u0131r. bu da 8 segment yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. bundan dolay\u0131 da ULN2803 kullanmak yerinde olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tabii ki ba\u015fka problemlerle de kar\u015f\u0131la\u015facaks\u0131n\u0131z.<br \/>\nDISPLAY yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z malzeme konusunda da se\u00e7enekleriniz olsa da bu se\u00e7eneklerin baz\u0131lar\u0131 sorun yaratacakt\u0131r.<br \/>\nMesela Ben buldu\u011fum paketleme <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">beyaz s\u00fcnger<\/span>ini kulland\u0131m. Bu s\u00fcnger g\u00f6zenekli oldu\u011fundan<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> \u0131\u015f\u0131k yanlara do\u011fru<\/span> geni\u015fliyor.<br \/>\nElbette bunu da engelleyebilirsiniz. S\u00fcngeri siyaha boyayabilirsiniz. Ya da led yuvalar\u0131n\u0131 al\u00fcminyum folyo ile kaplayabilirsiniz. LED \u0131\u015f\u0131k noktalar\u0131 opak malzemeden g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyecektir. Bu tip durumlarda tek \u015ferit led yerine 2 kenara 2 \u015ferit led koyman\u0131z yerinde olacakt\u0131r daha iyi bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc i\u00e7in.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Kullanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u015eER\u0130T LED AKIMLARI<\/span> da \u00f6nemlidir.<br \/>\nHesaplama i\u00e7in kullanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u015ferit ledleri iyi tan\u0131man\u0131z laz\u0131m. Metrede 30 led ya da 60 led ve ayn\u0131 zamanda tek \u00e7ipli ve 3 \u00e7ipli olabilir.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Buna g\u00f6re hesap yapman\u0131z gerekir.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n\u015eerit ledlerde metrede 60 led varsa ve 3 \u00e7ipli \u015ferit led ise bu 20 tane ba\u011f yeri olacakt\u0131r. her par\u00e7a 3 led olaca\u011f\u0131ndan buna g\u00f6re hesaplamak gerekir. Bu tip \u015ferit ledler 1 metrede 1.2A=1200mA ak\u0131m \u00e7ekmektedir. Yani display segmentleri i\u00e7in 1 par\u00e7a kulland\u0131ysan\u0131z bu 60mA \u00e7ekecek demektir. 2 par\u00e7a kullan\u0131rsan\u0131z 120mA \u00e7ekecek demektir. ULN2803 entegresi her \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f 500mA ak\u0131m \u00e7ekebilecek durumdad\u0131r.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Burada \u015funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmelisiniz.<\/span> <\/strong>ULN2803 her \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f pimi 500mA \u00e7ekse bile toplamda \u00e7ekilebilecek ak\u0131m yani 8 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in toplamda 2.5A olabilece\u011finden bundan dolay\u0131<br \/>\n120*8= 950mA olaca\u011f\u0131ndan bunu kar\u015f\u0131layacakt\u0131r. Fakat daha b\u00fcy\u00fck display yap\u0131p daha fazla \u015ferit led koyay\u0131m derseniz de bu <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">TOPLAM AKIM<\/span> k\u0131sm\u0131na dikkat etmeniz gerekir. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">TAB\u0130\u0130 K\u0130 B\u0130R DE NE KADAR AKIM \u00c7EK\u0130L\u0130RSE O KADAR DA ENTEGRE ISINACA\u011eINDAN ENTEGRELERE SO\u011eUTMA \u0130\u015eLEM\u0130 DE UYGULAMANIZ GEREKEB\u0130L\u0130R.<\/span> Bunu da akl\u0131n\u0131zda tutman\u0131zda fayda var.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ULN2803 datasheet:<\/strong> https:\/\/www.st.com\/resource\/en\/datasheet\/uln2801a.pdf<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Neden 74HC595 direkt olarak kullanam\u0131yorum<\/span>. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 74 serisi entegreler TTL serisi oldu\u011fundan 5V luk entegreler diye bilinirler. CMOS e\u015fde\u011ferleri de olabilir bunlar 15V ta kadar kullan\u0131labilir. Fakat her ikisi de ak\u0131m olarak 60mA gibi bir ak\u0131ma dayanamazlar. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Bundan dolay\u0131 \u015ferit ledlerle kullan\u0131lmaz.<\/span> Fakat tek \u00e7ipli bir \u015ferit led kullan\u0131yorsan\u0131z bunu kullanabilirsiniz fakat yine de maksimum ak\u0131mlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaman\u0131z\u0131 tavsiye ederim.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Neden ULN2803 ya da ULN2003 gibi bir entegre kullanay\u0131m<\/span> diyorsan\u0131z <strong>KULLANMAK ZORUNDA DE\u011e\u0130LS\u0130N\u0130Z<\/strong>. Bunun yerine kendiniz de DARL\u0130NGTON transist\u00f6r kullanarak bir devre kurabilirsiniz. Fakat bu kez de hem transist\u00f6r devresi biraz devreyi kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131racak, belki biraz da pahal\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kabilecektir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">74HC595 neden kullan\u0131yoruz<\/span>. Display artt\u0131k\u00e7a kontrolc\u00fcden daha fazla pim kullanmaya gerek olmayacakt\u0131r.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Bu nas\u0131l bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 yarat\u0131r.<\/span> \u00c7oklu display say\u0131s\u0131 artt\u0131k\u00e7a t\u00fcm bilginin d\u00fczenlenmesi ve seri olarak<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> B\u0130T<\/span> \u015feklinde g\u00f6nderilmesi uzun bir zaman alabilecektir. Fakat bu 7 seg displaylerde pek sorun olmayacakt\u0131r. Bunun sebebi ise 74hc595 35-108 Mhz aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilece\u011finden HIZLI bir tepki verebilecektir. Fakat Arduino 16 mhz veya 32Mhz h\u0131zlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde al\u0131n\u0131rsa bu h\u0131zlara ula\u015fmas\u0131 bile s\u00f6z konusu olamayacakt\u0131r.
